8. Bend the two long arms in a circle.
9. Open the first big pocket on the left and place the right arm into it.For average sized fingers, put it in up to the center point.
Adjust for different sized fingers by placing the right arm into the left a further or lesser distance.
Continue wrapping the left arm around the right arm.The bill will scrunch on the inside somewhat now.
10. Tuck the final bit of the arm into the outermost pocket of the right arm.
11. Completed ring.
