Brush masking paper with paste.

Two glued sheets

Carefully drop sheet of tissue paper on top and press, being careful not to rip.

Brush some more paste on top of tissue paper, to insure that the tissue is fully adhering to the masking paper.

More brushing
Hang to dry

Carefully lift the glued papers off the table, and hand them up to dry using clips.
